If Your Heart Drops When Your Period Arrives...
You deserve somewhere soft to land.
No trying to stay positive. No figuring out what went wrong. No forcing yourself to think about another month.
Just somewhere you can come exactly as you are...and feel held.
Feel Held — When Your Period Arrives
A free part of the Inner Fertility Temple created for one of the hardest days of your conception journey.
Maybe No One Sees This Part
Everyone talks about trying to conceive.
Ovulation. Supplements. Appointments. Tests. Two-week waits. Hope.
But there is another part of this journey that is spoken about far less.
The day your period arrives.
That moment when you see the blood you desperately hoped wouldn't come.
And your heart quietly realises...Not this month.
Maybe you cry. Maybe you're angry.
Maybe you immediately start wondering what went wrong.
Maybe you feel jealous of everyone who seems to be moving forward.
Maybe you're so exhausted from doing this month after month that you don't feel anything anymore.
And still...life expects you to carry on.
Answer the messages. Go to work. Make dinner. Smile. Try again.
But perhaps what you need in that moment isn't another fertility strategy.
Perhaps you need somewhere you can stop.
Somewhere you don't have to explain yourself.
Somewhere nobody tells you to look on the bright side.
Somewhere you are allowed to feel exactly what you feel.
That is why I created Feel Held.
And Maybe You're Not Only Grieving This Month
Maybe today's disappointment carries the weight of all the months that came before it.
The things you've tried. The appointments you've attended. The hope you've rebuilt. The waiting. The wondering.
The times you've watched someone else's life move forward while yours seemed to remain here.
The moments you've fallen apart quietly...and then somehow got up and carried on.
Maybe very few people know how much this journey has already asked of you.
How many times you've had to find hope again.
How much courage it has taken to keep your heart open to something you want so deeply.
How different you are from the woman who first began this journey.
Feel Held isn't only here to witness what happened this month.
It's here to make space for the woman who has been walking this road all along.
You don't have to minimise how hard it has been here.
You don't have to prove how strong you've become.
You don't have to make any of it look okay.
You are allowed to be seen exactly where you are.
You Don't Need Another Thing to "Do"
I know how much this journey can already ask of you.
So this isn't another fertility guide to work through.
There are no modules. No lessons. No checklist.
No prescribed way you should feel by the end.
You don't even need to know what you need before you arrive.
When you enter, the first question is simply:
What feels closest to how you are right now? Maybe...
I really thought this was our month. Everything feels too much. I'm angry. I feel numb. I can't stop crying.I'm struggling to trust my body. I'm so tired of hoping. I'm frightened this will never happen. No one understands. I don't want to talk about it.
Or simply... I don't even know what I need.
YAnd before you're asked to do anything, you're met there.
Not with a solution. Not with another thing to try. Not with someone telling you how you should look at it.
But with words that say:
I hear you. This makes sense. You don't have to rush away from this feeling.
First, You Get to Be Heard
Once you've chosen what feels closest, you can decide what would feel kindest next.
Maybe you want someone to read something to you.
Maybe you need to hear a gentle voice beside you.
Maybe you want help releasing some of the emotional heaviness you're carrying.
Maybe you want to reconnect with yourself.
There is no correct way to use this space.
Feel Held listens before it asks anything more of you.
Because sometimes what hurts most isn't only what happened.
It's feeling as though you're carrying what happened alone.
Imagine Having Somewhere to Go...
Instead of lying in bed wondering what you did wrong...
you have somewhere that reminds you that today isn't a day for finding answers.
Instead of forcing yourself to stay positive...
you have somewhere your disappointment is welcome.
Instead of scrolling because you don't know what else to do...
you can press play and hear a gentle voice beside you.
Instead of feeling as though you should be coping better...
you are reminded that you don't need to perform your grief for anyone.
Instead of immediately trying to find the strength for another month...
you get to simply be where you are today.
And instead of feeling as though nobody sees how much this journey has taken...
you have somewhere that acknowledges the woman who has been carrying it.
No fixing. No rushing. No pressure. Just care.
Meet Feel Held — When Your Period Arrives
A tender part of the Inner Fertility Temple.
I created Feel Held to give you somewhere to turn when another cycle begins.
Not somewhere that immediately asks you to heal, process, understand or move forward.
Somewhere that meets you first.
Depending on what you need, you can...
read...listen...pray...pause...breathe...
or simply stay for five minutes and leave.
You don't need to use everything. You don't need to finish anything.
You don't even need to know what you're feeling before you arrive.
Just come in.
What's Waiting for You Inside
🤍 Loving Letters
Written for the moments you feel numb, angry, disappointed, alone, frightened, exhausted or disconnected from yourself.
So you have words to reach for when you can't find your own.
🤍 Six Audio Companions
Gentle recordings for when your period first arrives, when you're overwhelmed, when numbness comes, when hope begins to return, when you want to release some emotional heaviness, and when your period comes to an end.
So when reading feels like too much, you can simply press play.
A Place to Begin With How You Actually Feel
You don't have to search through everything wondering what might help.
Begin with the words that sound most like your heart today, and let them gently guide you towards the companionship that feels right for that moment.
Because you deserve to be listened to before being given another thing to do.
And there is never pressure to keep processing or searching for answers.
Why I Created This
After supporting women through their fertility journeys, something became very clear to me.
There is so much support for trying to become pregnant.
But where is the support for the woman when her period arrives?
Where does she go when hope turns into disappointment?
When she doesn't want another solution?
When she doesn't want someone telling her to relax?
When she doesn't want to hear that everything happens for a reason?
I wanted to create somewhere for her.
A place that doesn't ask:
"How do we fix this?"
But instead asks:
"What do you need right now?"
Because sometimes you don't need advice.
Sometimes you need to cry. Sometimes you need silence. Sometimes you need prayer.
Sometimes you need someone's voice beside you.
And sometimes... you simply need somewhere safe to fall apart for a little while.
That's what I wanted the Inner Fertility Temple to give you.
This Is for You If...
🤍 Your heart sinks when your period arrives.
🤍 You're tired of feeling as though you have to stay positive.
🤍 You sometimes blame yourself or your body when another cycle ends.
🤍 Other people's pregnancies can bring up feelings you don't always know what to do with.
🤍 You sometimes feel angry, numb, frightened, lonely or simply exhausted.
🤍 You want emotional and spiritual support alongside your conception journey.
🤍 You want somewhere you can be completely honest about how this feels.
And perhaps most of all...
you want someone to meet you there without trying to fix you.
Maybe You Don't Need It Today
Perhaps you're in the middle of your cycle right now.
Perhaps you're waiting. Perhaps you're hopeful.
And perhaps you're thinking... "I don't want to imagine needing this."
I understand.
I hope with all my heart that you don't need to open these pages this month.
But if your period does arrive...imagine already knowing where to go.
No searching online while you're crying.
No wondering what might make you feel better.
No trying to hold yourself together.
You simply open the Temple. And there it is...waiting for you.
Come in. You don't need to be okay here.
