Held When Your Period Arrives
For the woman whose heart quietly breaks each month.
If your period has arrived... I'm so sorry. I know today hurts.
Before you tell yourself to be strong...
Before you try to make sense of it...
Let me hold you for a little while.
Today isn't the day to stay positive. It's the day to feel held.
I've created this collection of letters, audio support, prayers, and gentle rituals so you don't have to carry today alone.
Some days don't need advice. They need a safe place to fall apart. This is yours.
This isn't another fertility guide.
This isn't a guide telling you to stay positive.
It won't ask you to manifest harder. It won't tell you everything happens for a reason.
And it certainly won't pretend that today doesn't hurt.
Instead...
this is a gentle place to land.
A place where you can stop pretending you're okay. A place where someone finally says...
"I'm here. You don't have to go through this alone."
Inside you'll receive...

Why I created this
After supporting women on their fertility journeys, I noticed something.
Everyone talks about getting pregnant.
Very few people talk about the day your period arrives.
The day hope quietly turns into heartbreak.
The day many women cry alone behind a locked bathroom door.
The day they tell themselves to "just be positive" when what they really need...
is someone to sit beside them.
So I created the support I wish every woman had.
Not to take away the pain.
But to remind you that you never have to carry it alone.
This is for you if...
✓ Your period feels like heartbreak every single month
✓ You feel completely alone on the day it arrives.
✓ You're exhausted from trying to stay positive.
✓ You long for someone who truly understands.
✓ You want emotional and spiritual support through your fertility journey.
Imagine if...
Instead of spiralling... Instead of blaming yourself...
Instead of lying in bed wondering why this happened again...
you opened something that simply said... "Come here. You don't have to do today alone."
That's what this collection is.
